With a diverse range of life and professional experiences, Celina brings a unique perspective to her advising, coaching, and consulting work. As the child of a small business owner and a social worker, Celina believes in cultivating an open mindset, embracing curiosity, setting clear intentions, maintaining focus, fostering collaboration, showing respect, and extending grace. She firmly believes that these qualities are vital to ensuring long-term, sustainable growth and success for organizations and individuals alike. With over 20+ years of experience in public and private organizations, Celina has journeyed with leaders in building their business, organizational and team success.
Celina draws upon her extensive experience working directly with clients and her achievements in management and training; she approaches her work with a participatory, equitable, positive, and honest style. She firmly believes that organizations dedicated to client-centric evolution not only survive but thrive in our ever-changing economy and world. Celina holds a Master's degree in Political Science and certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and in ToP facilitation methods. Additionally, she is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Community Engagement.
Margot has been an independent consultant since 2020, specializing in project management, process improvement, business planning and strategic planning for small businesses and non-profit organizations. Prior to going independent, Margot served as the vice president of business support for one of the country’s largest Community Development Financial Institutions where she was responsible for designing and overseeing business advising and training services. She is passionate about working with organizations that uplift women and minority business leaders. In her former positions as a business advisor and the director of a Women’s Business Center, she helped thousands of aspiring and existing small business owners launch and grow their businesses.
Margot is a graduate of Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During her undergraduate studies, Margot double majored in International Business and Spanish. She received her master’s degree in business administration from the Greehey MBA for Values-driven Leaders at St. Mary’s University.In her free time, Margot enjoys traveling, painting and being active outdoors.
